What happens when my current EDF Protect insurance policy with Collinson is due for renewal??

From 5 January 2021, our partnership with Collinson Insurance Services Limited ended. As a result, you won't be able to renew your existing insurance policy with them. The great news is we now offer a range of boiler service and maintenance plans through Domestic and General.

  • We'll write to you before the expiry of your Collinson policy advising of the alternative cover available from Domestic & General (D&G).

  • Your Collinson policy will be cancelled automatically from your renewal date and Collinson will automatically cancel any arrangements you have for any Direct Debit or other automatic payments with them, so you don't need to do anything about this.

  • Please follow the instructions in your letter you receive from D&G if you wish to take up the cover offered.
