From 5 January 2021, our partnership with Collinson Insurance Services Limited ended. As a result, you won't be able to renew your existing insurance policy with them. Your Collinson policy will be cancelled automatically from your renewal date and Collinson will automatically cancel any arrangements you have for any Direct Debit or other automatic payments with them, so you don't need to do anything about this.
For a short period, we were not able to offer any alternative cover. However, Domestic & General (D&G) will be contacting you to offer alternative cover in the next few weeks. Please follow the instructions in your letter you receive from D&G if you wish to take up the cover offered.
