All our tariffs have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind, you can cancel by email at cp@edfenergy.com
If you pay by monthly Direct Debit, your payments won't change immediately. This happens at your next Direct Debit review. However, as the cost of energy has risen to help protect yourself from future debt, please increase your monthly payment now. You can do this in MyAccount or via our mobile app.
