Here's what happens next:
The good news is you don’t need to do anything. Your supply will automatically transfer across to us from iSupplyEnergy. You’ll be kept updated throughout and we’ll send you a welcome pack once your transfer takes place. This will give you all the information you need. If you've not received your EDF welcome pack, it means you haven’t yet transferred over from iSupplyEnergy. Until this happens, you should contact them for any of your energy needs or check out the frequently asked questions below.
We can’t wait to welcome you to EDF

Why EDF?
EDF is the UK’s largest producer of low-carbon electricity(1), meeting around one-fifth of the country’s demand and supplying millions of customers with electricity and gas.
It is part of EDF Group, one of the largest producers of renewable electricity in Europe, so you can be confident you are joining a supplier that has low-carbon at its core.
EDF is also a significant investor in renewables, with 36 wind farms and a battery storage unit providing low-carbon electricity in the UK.
We care about our customers
EDF is rated highly for customer service, with an “Excellent” rating on Trustpilot and was recently awarded first place out of 40 suppliers in the Citizens Advice League Table. We’re working closely with iSupplyEnergy to make sure your transfer is seamless and there is a minimal change for you once your transfer is complete.

iSupplyEnergy compliance breach
If you’ve recently heard about iSupplyEnergy being investigated for compliance failings by the regulator, Ofgem, we wanted to reassure you that this action was only against iSupplyEnergy and not EDF. It was issued due to a compliance breach by iSupplyEnergy prior to EDF taking over their customer base.
iSupplyEnergy have apologised and compensated all those affected. If you were an iSupplyEnergy customer and have any questions related to this, you will need to contact iSupplyEnergy directly.
