EDF Energy offers a range of digital services from our Priority Services Tool, Live Chat, MyApp and enhanced self-serve platform MyAccount, for those who wish to manage their own accounts online.  Not all of our customers are able to take advantage of these online services which is where Good Things Foundation is able to assist.

Good Things Foundation is a UK-based charity that is working towards a world where everyone benefits from digital. They deliver projects with a range of partners to make sure everyone has the skills necessary to thrive in a world where more and more services are going online.

Good Things Foundation coordinates and collaborates with the Online Centres Network - a brilliant and diverse network of community-based organisations that offer digital skills support to learners around the UK.
