I don’t think my smart meter is sending readings. What should I do?

  • Don't worry, this can happen sometimes. Smart meters occasionally lose connection.
  • If you've any concerns about whether your smart meter is working properly, just call us on
    0333 009 7000(1). We can arrange for an engineer to come out and check it, if necessary.
