Our application process is designed to bring out the best in you

Once you've applied we'll be in touch via text or email to update you. This is usually within 2 working days.

We'll invite you to a video interview with a member of our recruitment team where we'll find out more about you and give you an opportunity to ask us any questions.

You'll join an online 'discovery day' and complete a group task with other candidates. We ask you to allow 2 hours for the session as you'll have the opportunity to find out more about EDF during a live Q&A with our current team.

You'll be invited to an interview with a member of our Customer Service Team, where we'll talk about how your strengths could match the role of Customer Service Advisor.
