Book your smart meter appointment

Smart meters are now available for business customers nationally. 

To book an appointment for your business, all you need to do is tell us a bit about your meter and site.

Please complete the form below with details about your meter(s), site(s) and appointment preferences. Once you've submitted the form, we'll confirm an appointment that suits the needs of your business.

If your relevant meter(s) are all on one site, simply complete the rest of the form to book your appointment(s).

If you need appointments across multiple sites, you can either complete a new form submission for each separate site, or complete and upload the spreadsheet provided when you select the multi-site option below.

For appointments across multiple sites, either complete a separate form submission for each individual site, or simply complete and upload the multi-site spreadsheet following these steps:

  2. Complete the spreadsheet. You'll need to provide details for each site.
  3. Upload it below and submit the form, or email the completed spreadsheet to EBSsmartmeterbookings@edfenergy.com

About the site contact

The site contact is the person who will meet the engineer and give them access to the meters/meter area. They must be present on-site for the duration of the meter appointment.

We need to be able to get in touch with the site contact regarding the appointment(s) or for further information.

About your meter(s)

You can submit information on a single MPAN or multiple MPANs below but please ensure they relate to the same premise address.

If you'd like to book a smart meter installation for multiple MPANs across more than one site, you will need to fill out a new form for each site, or complete the multi-site spreadsheet option provided on page 2 when you select 'Multiple meters on multiple sites'.

Please take a photo a few steps back from the meter to show it in its surroundings if possible. Having a photo showing the existing meter(s) and the surrounding area is important to ensure a successful appointment, particularly for RTS meters.
