Why is my energy spend showing a decrease of >99%?

Your energy spend compares your last month's energy use with the previous month. So it's not uncommon to see a big percentage decrease in your energy spend as we move into the warmer months.

We need less heating and lighting as the nights get longer and the temperature starts to rise.

We cap all percentage changes at 99%, which is why your energy spend shows as >99%.
