I'm moving, what do I need to do with my account?
Please let us know you're moving in MyAccount on the EDF website, as near as possible to your moving date (and less than 14 days). You'll need to give us your account number, new address and final meter readings. We'll close your account and send you a refund or a final bill.
Please leave all energy supplier equipment, such as the in-home display with your smart meter, at the home you're moving out of. The in-home display is linked to the smart meter in your home.
