I can't access MyAccount. How do I log in?

We can give you the answer for your type of account, once we know what your account number starts with. You can find your account number in MyAccount, and on your EDF bills, emails and letters.
 

My account number starts with '67'

If you forget your MyAccount password, you can use a code to log in. You request a code by clicking 'Send log-in code' on the log in password step.
 

I've forgotten my email address

Go to MyAccount and enter your surname, account number and postcode. You'll find your account number on any bill, letter or email from us. Then click 'Find my email address'.
 

I still can't get access

You need to set up your MyAccount before you can log in. As part of this process, we send you a link to verify your email address. You need to click this link within 48 hours to complete your registration. If you haven't done this, you won't be registered and you'll need to start the set up process again.

If you've changed the email that you use to log in to MyAccount, then you will you need to verify your new email address. When you have successfully verified your new email address you will see an an error if you try to log in with you old email address.

My account number starts with 'A'
