How VAT makes tariff prices in your bill and MyAccount look different

The tariff prices you see in your bill – that's your unit rates and daily standing charges – look a little different compared to what you see in your quote and My Tariff details in MyAccount.

This comes down to the way VAT is displayed:

  • The prices shown on your bill don't include VAT (because VAT is added on at the end of the bill)
  • The prices given in your quote and MyAccount include VAT
