How do I change to a smart meter?
You should be able to get a new smart meter, at no extra cost to you. We’re rolling out smart meters to EDF customers across the country, and aim to give all EDF customers a smart meter.
The easiest way to see if you can get one yet – and book your installation – is to go to 'Smart meters' in MyAccount.
The only reasons you might not be able to get one is if we're not installing in your area yet, or a smart meter won't work with your current set-up.
You might find you have to change tariff when you get your new smart meter.
