What do we mean by 'paperless'?

It means you’ll receive less clutter in the post as we’ll send you email alerts instead of a letter. Plus, you’ll still be able to access all of your important documents securely, anytime – just as you do now.

Email alerts include:

  • bills
  • read reminders
  • annual statements
  • information on your tariff ending
  • and any other information.

You can also request a paper bill, free of charge, anytime and if you want to go back to paper all you need to do is update your preferences in MyAccount.
