Where can I view my annual statement?

You can find your statement under ‘My messages’ in the main menu.

Your statement – which you get once a year – shows you:

- all your top-ups and energy charges for the past 12 months

- how much energy you've used over the year – and last (if available)

- your tariff details, and other information to help you compare tariffs.
