A member of our team will check your photo/video and validate your reading against your Feed-in Tariff account
If your reading passes our validation procedure, we'll update Ofgem and your Feed-in Tariff account. Following this, you'll not hear from us until the meter verification is due again in approximately two years
If there is an issue with the validation, we'll be in touch to discuss why and what steps to take next
Please note: the meter reading is for validation only. It won't be used for payments or invoicing purposes
