When's the best time to call?
We’re busiest on Mondays between 9am and 12pm. If you can, try calling outside these hours. We’ll usually answer within two minutes, but it might take a little longer when it’s busy.
If you’d rather not wait on the phone, send us a message or email anytime. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within a day.
