Trading graduate jobs

Join our Trading programme and help drive our ambition to help Britain achieve Net Zero.

You'll be responsible for managing the optimisation of the country’s largest portfolio of zero-carbon energy generation and gain experience across our Shift Trading team.

What do I need to apply?

  • Have (or be expecting) a 2:2 Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in either Maths, any Science related subject, Economics or Business.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to operate with integrity and confidence, interpreting complex information and able to make considered commercial decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for working in a customer-focused environment
