If you smell gas, think you have a gas leak or have any concerns regarding carbon monoxide, immediately open all windows and doors and extinguish any naked flames including cigarettes, then call the 24 hour Gas Emergency Helpline on 0800 111 999.

We help customers with special requirements or circumstances, which may be temporary or ongoing, by adding them to our Priority Services Register.

Warm Home Discount

Unfortunately, we’re no longer accepting applications for the 2016/17 scheme. If you’ve already successfully applied and qualified, you’ll receive your £140 rebate by 31 May 2017, provided you haven’t changed your electricity supplier. 

The details of the 2017/18 scheme will be available here this summer, so please come back then to check the criteria and apply.
