New Supply and Disconnections
New Supply
Do you need to get a new supply registered to EDF and a meter installed to get it working? Please complete our online form here – please ensure your local Distribution Network Organisation (DNO) have provided a certificate of confirmation to upload with your application. Please note, new supplies take around 8-12 weeks to process so please plan ahead.
Disconnections
Complete the Termination of Supply Form
We'll work with the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) to arrange for your supply to be disconnected
We'll close the existing account once we've received confirmation that the supply has been terminated

Site Changes
Do you need to add a site to your portfolio from another supplier?
Complete the Site Addition form here – please note this process takes up to 4 weeks from submission to get the site over to EDF.
