How and when is the Warm Home Discount paid (I have a smart PAYG meter)?
You'll get your £150 rebate from the company who was supplying your electricity on 21 August 2022.
If we supplied your electricity on that date, we'll add £150 credit to your smart PAYG meter some time between November 2022 and March 2023.
If you want your rebate added to your gas meter, please call 0333 009 7020(1). before we add it to your electricity meter.
We'll let you know when we're about to give you your rebate. If your credit doesn't reach your meter soon after that, we'll send you a text with your unique transaction reference number (UTRN). You can use this to add your credit manually.
