Get more time to pay your bill with a repayment plan

Can't afford to pay your energy bill in one go? You might want to think about setting up a repayment plan. It lets you pay your outstanding balance in smaller amounts over an agreed amount of time.

It's important to work out how much you can afford to pay each month. Keep in mind that you'll also need to pay for your ongoing energy use in addition to your repayments. Once you've set up a payment plan, it's crucial that you keep up with your debt repayments. If you happen to miss a payment, we'll need to begin the debt recovery process.
