The Priority Services Team at EDF Energy are here to help

We understand it’s not easy to keep a home warm, especially during the colder months. Some people simply can’t afford it – by the end of 2009, there will be an estimated 4.6 million households who are struggling to pay their heating bills^.

That’s why people like Peter, Carolyn and Aimee, who are part of our Priority Services Team, are here to help. Part of our Safe, Warm and Well programme, the team can give you a range of practical advice about staying warm at home when it gets colder.

And on this website, you’ll find useful information about staying warm, along with ways that could save everyone money on their heating bills.

‘I’m a single parent with a four year old. And I’m on income support. I rent, and my heating is electric. When I couldn’t pay my last bill, The Priority Services Team put me on to the Energy Assist tariff and sorted out an affordable payment plan. They really put my mind at rest’
