My Warm Home Discount hasn't been paid (I live in England or Wales; and I pay by Direct Debit or when I get a bill)

Have you had a letter from the government to say that you're getting your Warm Home Discount?

If so, you should get your rebate by 31 March 2026.

You can call the government's Warm Home Discount helpline from October 2025 to March 2026 to check if you are eligible to receive the rebate. 

You'll see £142.86 credit added to your bill when i's been paid (this is because VAT is calculated separately at the end of your bill – your net discount is still £150).
