MyBusiness
The easy way to manage your energy accounts online. Sign up for MyBusiness as soon as your accounts go live. We’ll send you a reminder when it’s time.
- View your account, contracts, sites and more
- Submit meter readings
- Download your bills in bulk
- Analyse your consumption data
- Create and schedule reports
- Raise and track your queries
Claiming VAT relief
Only supplies used for the following purposes qualify for reduced VAT:
- Domestic
- Charitable non-business
VAT relief isn't applied automatically - even if you previously paid a reduced rate of VAT, you must complete a VAT Declaration.

It's easier and simpler to pay your bills by Direct Debit.
Complete a DD Instruction and send it to us at yoursetup@edfenergy.com
Alternatively, attach your DD to your welcome form.

Let us know if you have any domestic energy users at any of your sites.

Send us your meter readings
Send your opening readings to our team at yoursetup@edfenergy.com or attach them to your welcome form.
Once you're all set up, simply register for MyBusiness to submit your readings online

Ebilling
We can send electronic bills direct to your mailbox.
Ebills are delivered in secure Excel.mm format, allowing you to analyse all your charges. This is especially useful for consolidated bills.
What's more, if you're an energy consultant, our .mm files are compatible with most bill validation software.
