Why have I not had my Warm Home Discount letter from the government yet (I live in England or Wales)?

The government will automatically send a letter to everyone who may be eligible for the discount.

The letter will arrive between October and December 2023.

There will be a helpline to call if you don't get a letter by the beginning of 15 December. You'll be able to find this number on the government's Warm Home Discount page at that point.
