Where do I find my tariff details?

We can give you the answer for your type of account, once we know what your account number starts with. You can find your account number in MyAccount, and on your EDF bills, emails and letters.
 

My account number starts with '67'

You can find your tariff's name and other important details – like exit fees, end date, unit rates and standing charges – in several places:
 

MyAccount

Select 'Tariff details' from the menu; then click 'Tariff information label'.
 

Your contract

When you chose an Energy Plan with us, you'll have received a copy of your contract with details of your tariff. This will have arrived in the post unless you signed up for paperless communications. In which case, you can find a PDF of your contract in MyAccount.

My account number starts with 'A'

You can find your tariff's name and other important details – like exit fees, end date, unit rates and standing charges – in several places:

Scroll down on the homepage of your MyAccount; then click 'Tariff details'.

I don't know my account number

We've given you the answer for account numbers starting with '67' – this is our most common type of account. 
You can find your account number in MyAccount and on your EDF bills, email and letters.
