My Warm Home Discount hasn't been paid to my PAYG meter yet (I live in England or Wales)

Have you had a letter from the government to say that you're getting your Warm Home Discount?

If so, you should get your rebate by 31 March 2026.

You'll see £150 credit added to your smart PAYG electricity meter.

You can call the government's Warm Home Discount helpline from October 2025 to March 2026 to check if you are eligible to receive the rebate.
