I don't see my Warm Home Discount credit on my smart PAYG meter yet

Have we told you that we've paid your Warm Home Discount, but you don't see it on your PAYG meter yet?

If your credit hasn't reached your meter, we'll send you a text with your unique transaction reference number (UTRN). Or find it in your 'Top-up history' in MyAccount or the EDF app.

You can use your UTRN to add your credit manually.
