Please try plugging your in-home display into a socket closer to your electricity meter.
Why?
If your in-home display is too far away from your electricity meter, the information from your meter won't reach it.
The signal from your meter usually only stretches six to nine meters.
The signal can also get blocked by a wall or large object. So it's still worth moving the display to a different socket, even if it's quite close to your meter at the moment.
