Your MyAccount homepage will tell you how you pay for your energy. It'll be one of these options:
Direct Debit: Pay your bills automatically – payments come straight out of your bank every month; you spread your payments evenly over the year
Pay when you get a bill: Get a bill every month or every three months – and make a payment within 14 days
Smart Pay As You Go: Pay for your energy upfront via our app, online, phone or in-store; choose when and how much to add to your smart meter each time
Prepayment (not smart): Pay for your energy upfront in-store; choose when and how much to add to your traditional prepayment meter each time
