How to cancel my switch when I've switched after cool off
We hope you won't want to cancel your switch to us, but if you do, you need to let us know straightaway.
If you're still within your 14-day cooling off period, you don't need to do anything once you've told us. We'll take care of the cancellation for you and be back in touch to let you know once it's done.
