How and when is the Warm Home Discount paid (I have a non-smart prepayment meter)?

You'll get your £150 rebate from the company who was supplying your electricity on 13 August 2023.

If we supplied your electricity on that date, you'll get a £150 voucher sent out between October 2023 and March 2024.

It gets sent by the Post Office® – so look out for a Post Office-marked envelope!

You must redeem your voucher at the Post Office® (you'll get instructions on how to do this with your voucher).

You can ask the Post Office® to add your rebate to your electricity key or gas card, or split it between both.
