How and when do I get the Warm Home Discount (I pay for my energy by Direct Debit or Card, Cash or Cheque)?

You'll get your £150 rebate from the company who was supplying your electricity on 13 August 2023.

If we supplied your electricity on that date, we'll discount your electricity bill between October 2023 and March 2024.

Your discount will show as a £142.86 credit on your bill. Your net discount is still £150, it's just that VAT is calculated at the end of your bill.

2023/24 applications have now closed for customers in Scotland Broader Group. We will have further information on future schemes in October.
