How and when do I get the Warm Home Discount (I pay for my energy by Direct Debit or when I get a bill)?

You'll get your £150 rebate from the company who was supplying your electricity on 24 August 2025.

If you are eligible for the WHD rebate and we supplied your electricity on that date, we'll discount your electricity bill between October 2025 and March 2026.

Your discount will show as a £142.86 credit on your bill. Your net discount is still £150, it's just that VAT is calculated at the end of your bill.
