How can I reduce my Direct Debit amount?

Your twice-yearly Direct Debit reviews are usually enough to keep your payments on track. So you don't normally need to ask for a change.

But you might like to decrease your amount if:

- your energy use has gone down

- your energy use is about to go down (for example, someone's moving out)

- you asked us to increase your payment amount, and now want to put it back down

If that's the case, you can apply to decrease your Direct Debit amount online
