PPMID PAYG TSG: Step 8 – Check for consumption on the PPMID status

Wait 1 minute then check for consumption on the PPMID status on ToughPad.


Once you have seen the consumption displayed on the PPMID:

Now you must familiarise the customer with the following:

  • How to activate the emergency credit on the PPMID and on the Gas Meter
  • How to re-activate supply on the PPMID and on the Gas Meter
  • Where to find the Meter Balance screen on the PPMID
All of this information can be found inside the customer booklet.

After you have completed this you will have finished the job.

Troubleshooting

It can take up to 24 hours for consumption to display on PPMID. Advise the customer of this and leave PPMID onsite and powered up.
