PPMID PAYG TSG: Step 4 – Scan GUID on PPMID

Go to the 'Customer Familiarisation' tab:

  • Select Device 'PPMID' from drop down

  • Scan GUID on PPMID


If successful, you’ll see the GUID fields populated on ToughPad

If the GUID fields remain blank, you will need to manually enter the details. Then proceed to step 5.
