Elec PAYG L&G TSG: Step 8 – Check status Electric only install

After 2 mins, press the 'Check Status' button on ToughPad to confirm commissioning process is continuing.


You CANNOT proceed to PPMID if you see:

  • 8.1.1 – Commission Device Sync Clock - In Progress / Success /Failure
  • Data Model Update – In Progress / Success

You CAN only proceed if you see either of the below service requests:

  • 4.1.1
  • 4.1.2


Switch on the CCU and proceed to PPMID.

8.1.1 – Commission Device Sync Clock – In Progress / Success /Failure

Installer actions to rectify this:

  • After 10 minutes, press 'Check Status' - if failure message received change Electric meter and Comms Hub once and go back to Step 2.
  • If this doesn’t work or you receive an error message, contact TSS for next steps.
