Elec PAYG L&G TSG: Step 8 – Check status Dual Fuel install

After 2 mins, press the 'Check Status' button on ToughPad to confirm commissioning process is continuing.


You CANNOT proceed to Gas install if you see:

  • 8.1.1 – Commission Device Sync Clock - In Progress / Success /Failure
  • Data Model Update – In Progress / Success
 

If you see any of the above, do not leave PPMID.

 

You CAN proceed to Gas install if you see either of the below service requests:

  • 4.1.1
  • 4.1.2
  • 2.3
 
Switch on the CCU and proceed to Gas.

Troubleshooting

8.1.1 – Commission Device Sync Clock – In Progress / Success /Failure

Installer actions to rectify this:

  • After 10 minutes, press 'Check Status' - if failure message received change Electric meter and Comms Hub once and go back to Step 2.
  • If this doesn’t work, contact TSS for next steps.
 
Failure/ Error Message received
 

Installer actions to rectify this:

  • Proceed to Gas and PPMID.
