Elec PAYG L&G TSG: Step 1 - Connectivity

Check ToughPad connectivity at meter position. If you are connected, you should see the Keepalive screen on ToughPad, like so:

Troubleshooting

If there’s no connection, you’ll see ‘This page can’t be displayed’ on ToughPad, like this:


Installer actions to rectify this:

  • Attempt to refresh the Keepalive screen on ToughPad. If successful, proceed to step 2.
  • If this doesn't work, attempt to get signal within reasonable distance of the property. If successful, proceed to step 2.
  • If you still can’t get connected, contact TSS for next steps.
