Elec Credit L&G TSG: Step 8 – Check status Electric only install

After 2 mins, press the 'Check Status' button on ToughPad to confirm commissioning process is continuing.


You CANNOT proceed to PPMID if you see:

  • 8.1.1 – Commission Device Sync Clock - In Progress / Success /Failure
  • Data Model Update – In Progress / Success

You CAN proceed to PPMID if you see:


  • 1.1.1 - Update Primary Tariff - In Progress / Success
  • 6.14.2 - Auxilary Load Control Schedular
  • 6.15.1 - Update Security Credentials (KRP)
  • 1.6 - Update Payment Mode
  • 4.1.1 - Read Instantaneous Import Registers
  • 4.1.2 - Read Instantaneous Import TOU Matrices

Troubleshooting


8.1.1 – Commission Device Sync Clock – In Progress / Success /Failure

Installer actions to rectify this:

  • After 10 minutes, press 'Check Status' - if failure message received change Electric meter and Comms Hub once and go back to Step 2.
  • If this doesn’t work, contact TSS for next steps.

Failure/ Error Message received

Installer actions to rectify this:

  • Contact TSS.
If a failure message is received when looking for the 1.1.1, 6.14.2, 6.15.1, 1.6, 4.1.1, and/ or 4.1.2:
  • If Elec only install, proceed to PPMID.
  • If Dual Fuel install, proceed to Gas meter and PPMID.
