What is Defence Discount Service?

Defence Discount Service gives online and high street discounts for members of the Armed Forces, Veterans and Armed Forces Community. The Defence Privilege Card can be used in stores, restaurants and venues to get armed forces discounts. This discount card allows Veterans and the Armed Forces Community to get military discounts.

When will I receive my gift card?

You'll receive your gift card within 120 days of the start date of your chosen tariff. This'll be sent to you by our friends at Gift Cloud.

Who should I contact if I don't receive my gift card?

Please let us know if you haven't received your gift card after 120 days from your start date, by emailing: voucherqueries@edfenergy.com

Who is eligible for the Defence Discount Service?

People who qualify for the Defence Discount Service membership are:
