I'm moving home – how do I get a credit refund from my prepayment meter (not smart)?

You just need to log in or sign up to MyAccount first – this is where you'll find your new help centre.

Go to help centre

Go to 'Move Home' in MyAccount to tell us you're moving out. You'll need to do this for electricity and gas separately, if we supply both fuels.

We'll then arrange a credit refund or transfer – as long as you give at least two days' notice:

• If you're taking us to your new home, we'll simply transfer the credit to your new prepayment meter
• If your new home is with another supplier, we'll send you a cheque to your new address
