Heat pumps offer a cleaner alternative and can be over 300% more efficient than a standard gas boiler[4]. Switching to an air source heat pump can help households save £164[5] on energy bills per year with EDF’s Heat Pump Tracker Tariff, and cut carbon emissions by 13%[6].
EDF’s Heat Pump Tracker tariff offers six hours of discounted zero carbon electricity every day, all year round, with the assurance of no exit fees or tie-ins.

Philippe Commaret, Managing Director of Customers at EDF, said: “Moving away from gas and installing low carbon technologies like heat pumps is a significant step which can feel daunting, and cost is often the biggest concern. That’s why we’ve launched a significant discount alongside a host of other support measures to make the transition to low carbon living simpler and more affordable.”
As part of its commitment to help the UK transition to low-carbon living, EDF Heat Pumps promises to only install heat pumps that it’s confident will keep homes warm. It guarantees all heat pump installations will perform as promised[7], or customers will receive a refund.
