Why has my current supplier stopped my switch to EDF?

You'll need to speak to your current supplier to find out why they stopped your switch to us. Unfortunately data protection rules mean we can't do this on your behalf.

There are various reasons why a supplier might stop a switch, so you really need to talk to them to find out what's going on. Once the issue has been resolved, we will be happy to restart your switch.

Bear in mind that we reapply for your supply three times before the switching process is cancelled – and we'll let you know when we've done this by letter or email. If this still doesn't work, you'll need to start again and agree a new contract to switch to us.
