Who gives me my Warm Home Discount if I switch supplier or move home?

Your £150 rebate gets paid by the company who was supplying your electricity on 21 August 2022 (this was the 'qualifying date' for the Warm Home Discount 2022/23).

Your voucher gets sent by the Post Office® – so look out for a Post Office-marked envelope!

 

What is a 'qualifying date'?

The government sets a date each year when it decides who qualifies for the Warm Home Discount. If you're getting certain benefits on the qualifying date, you might get the the Warm Home Discount.
