You should get your final Smart Pay As You Go statement about a week after your move-out date - or within six weeks or your switch to a new supplier.
Your final statement will tell you:
- How much money you've spent on top-ups since your last statement
- How many times you topped up
- Your energy charges since your last statement
- How much energy you've used since your last statement
- How much energy you used the previous year (if we have that information)
