When do I get my final Smart Pay As You Go statement?

You should get your final Smart Pay As You Go statement about a week after your move-out date - or within six weeks or your switch to a new supplier.

Your final statement will tell you:

  • How much money you've spent on top-ups since your last statement
  • How many times you topped up
  • Your energy charges since your last statement
  • How much energy you've used since your last statement
  • How much energy you used the previous year (if we have that information)
