When do I get my final prepayment statement and summary?

You should get your final prepayment statement about a week after your move-out date – or within six weeks of switching supplier.

It tells you:

• How much money you've spent on top-ups since your last statement
• How many times you topped up since your last statement
• Your energy charges since your last statement
• How much energy you've used since your last statement
• How much energy you used the previous year (if we have that information)
