What do I do if I haven't received my final bill for my switch?

Your previous supplier will send you a final bill no later than six weeks after the switch. If they owe you any money, they'll refund this to you no later than 14 days after sending you your final bill.

It might be that you haven't sent us your opening meter reading yet. If that's the case, you can usually submit this online. We need your first meter reading to open your account, and your old supplier needs it to close your account and put together your final bill.

If you haven't been able to provide a meter reading(s) when requested, we might use an estimated reading(s) instead. Find out more about estimated readings when you switch.
