Set auto top-ups with smart Pay As You Go

Make sure your smart PAYG meter never runs out of credit by setting auto top-ups. We'll automatically top up your meter every time your balance drops to £5 – and let you know when we've taken a payment.

Set auto top-ups in the app

1. Open the app and tap “Set auto top-ups” for electricity or gas
2. Tell us how much credit you want to add with each auto top-up
3. Give us your payment card details (and tick the box to let us store these details)
4. Submit
