Reconnect your electricity after running out of smart PAYG credit – using your meter
Your electricity meter will get disconnected if your balance has dropped to £0. So the first thing you need to do is top back up with credit.
Once you've done that, you're ready to turn your electricity back on through your electricity meter.
Please look at your electricity meter's screen. It will give you step-by-step instructions to reconnect your meter.
